Driving Record Search and DMV Check for Employment Screening

We obtain Driving Records through each states department of motor vehicles (DMV). Most states report a 3 to 5 year driving record search history and all states return results instantly except Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon and Pennsylvania. The driving record search returns the driver’s license verification and driving record history.

Driver’s License Verification: The driver’s license information may include the following: name, address, date of birth (DOB), physical characteristics, driver’s license number, issued license date, license expiration date, license type, class, restrictions, and license status (valid/invalid).

Driving Record Search History: The driving record history may include the following: event type (accident, suspension, violation, etc.), violation/suspension date, conviction/reinstated date, driving record history type (accident, no proof of insurance, prohibited turn, speeding, etc.), driving record history type details (county/location, event type, court/agency, severity, vehicle speed, speed zone, ACD Code, etc.)

How do I place a Driving Record Search/DMV Check order?

You must set up an employment screening account. Once you have an account with us, you will sign into your account and select the link called new order. You will then need to enter the name, address, DOB, SSN, and driver’s license number for each applicant/employee. You must also upload or fax the applicant/employee standard signed release form.
